Apartment Rental Fees for 2009 /10

3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms - Poolside Suite 2 - 3 Guests - £200 per person per wk 4 Guests - £ 125 per person per wk 5-8 Guests - £ 110 per person per wk Children under 2 years stay free

2 bedroom & 2 bathroom - Penthouse apartment: £390 per apartment per week 2 bedroom Golf apartment £ 350 per week

1 bedroom & 1 bathroom - Poolside, Garden or Penthouse apartment: £290 per apartment per week

All rates include towels & linen plus cleaning before and after occupation. Also included is a generous welcome pack of tea, coffee, bread, butter, jam, biscuits, sweets etc etc plus some wine to get your holiday off to a great start !

Low Season Rates

SPECIAL OFFER FOR MAY JUNE NOV & early DEC - please e mail for details. There are excellent discounts for Guests wishing to stay longer than two weeks or book more than one apartment

PAYMENT PROCEEDURE

Payment is by Cheque or alternatively Creditcard.via PayPal ( a 4% surcharge applies). A 25% initial payment is requested to confirm a booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to travel. There is no 'breakage' deposits or other 'up front' payments required
