All our apartments have south facing balconies or terraces, thus enjoy sun all day long. The terraces & patio areas are large, all having barbeques and some have private rooftop sundecks which give breathtaking views of the ocean, the lush golf courses and the Mount Teide volcano.
There are spacious lounges, with English digital TV and DVD, CD player and radio. Venetian tiles cover the floors and the rooms have ceiling fans or airconditioning. Fairways is ultra safe and secure, but for peace of mind most apartments have elecronic safes

The kitchens are fully equipped having electric hob, oven, microwave, iron, washing machine etc. Generally there are also toasters, coffee makers etc. and no shortage of cooking utensils and tableware. The suite also has dish washer,ceramic hob and additional freezer.
Penthouse Bedroom
One Bedroom Penthouse,Garden or Poolside Apartments
The one bedroom apartments are offered as either Penthouses located on the second floor, ground floor poolside or ground floor garden facing and are generally as shown below. They all have very large terraces partly covered, so offering the choice of either sun or shade throughout the day. The poolside apartment also has an additional sofa bed, so sleeps up to 4 people. A non smoking penthouse which sleeps two, is also available. This has a double height lounge ceiling for super cool summers.

Two Bedroom Penthouse or Golf Apartments
The two bedroom Penthouses are on the top (2nd floor) with balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, sea and volcano. The Golf Suite faces the course which has the volcano as a back drop. In the penthouses the master bedroom opens onto the balcony and has a large double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is twin bedded with adjacent bathroom /shower. Some have an additional sofa bed, so can sleep up to six people.

The roof sundeck has loungers for sunbathing and this is gated for privacy. All the apartments have balconies or terraces with built in barbecues and sufficient space for up to six to dine 'al fresco' - great on the warm evenings.
Three Bedroom Suite
