This very large ground floor apartment is a haven of space and luxury. The triple sized pool-facing terrace is raised for privacy and security. It is very child safe and gets uninterrupted sun from sunrise to sunset - which in the summer means 7am to 9 pm ! For those who want respite from the sun, there is also a protected shaded area. However for worshippers who want sun and space you will not find a larger terrace at Fairways. There are sufficient loungers for all and also table & chairs for 'al fresco' dining - great in the evening should you want to Bar B Q some steak and 'down' a chilled wine or two, as the sun sets for the day.

The light and airy lounge has large flat screen TV ,DVD collection, radio, CD collection , mini library, leather suites and dining table / chairs if it is ever too warm for you to dine outside !
Each spacious bedroom has individual air-conditioning, television with DVD player and its own bathroom. Bathrooms consist of a bath, loo, separate shower cubicle and all have hair dryers. The largest bathroom has additionally a 'monsoon' shower plus 'his and hers' wash basins.

Bedroom 1. has a double, bedroom 2. has twin beds and bedroom 3. has both a double and a single. There is a further single bed which can be requested to increase the capacity of any of the rooms.
The modern kitchen offers much additional equipment to the other apartments, for instance black marble work surface, separate fridge and freezer, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. Obviously there is a washing machine, iron and board, but for the less energetic there is an onsite laundry which can do everything for you in a day !
